All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
The article/s must be on its original condition, with all the labels on its place, including the hygiene mark.
The article/s must have not been used, washed or altered in any way, including its original odor.
Any product to which has been applied any kind of discount is considered a final sale and cannot be changed.
Are the returns free?
The shipping costs spent on the item´s return to Halia Swimwear for exchange or refund are not covered or refunded by us. With the exception to the articles that present damages or manufacturing defects.
Do I have to return the whole outfit?
No, if the outfit has two pieces, you only send the garment that needs to be replaced either if it is for change or to make the refund effective.
How do I request a return?
Request a return is very simple, send us an email explaining us the reason to email@example.com so we can assign you a return authorization number and the next steps.
We will answer you as soon as possible so you can continue with the return process.
You must take into account that we won´t be responsible for the loss of the product if it is returned. We recommend you use a certified postal service to return the products and keep a record of the tracking details.
How long will the process of the return request take?
The return requests are processed during the next 24-48 hours, however, once we have the article in our hands, we offer a 3 to 5 business day term for such a process.
Once the process has finished and the exchange has been accepted, we will send you the new product and an email with your new purchase order.
In case the return of the product is not accepted, we will send you an email explaining the reasons and the new purchase order of the shipping of the original product.
What should I do in case the item is damaged or defective?
We aim that this never happens, as all of our pieces go through a strict quality control to assure the best on our garments. Nevertheless, if you have an issue with a damaged or defective article, you must inform us to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can be able to solve the problem as soon as possible.
We will only accept refund requests for the following reasons and only in purchases in our online shop.
- The refund will be made only if the purchased piece is not available in our online shop.
- The refunds will be released without the cost of the original shipping.
We will only accept changes requests during the first 30 days after the purchase date.
